Summary
COI synopsis: Here’s a method for getting meat without meat! In fact it’s a simple plant, knitted, textured and flavoured to taste like the real thing - whether it’s chicken, veal or beef! And, what’s more, it grows like mad on waste carbohydrates - so, don’t get rid of your waste starch, molasses or whey, you may be throwing away a lovely beef goulash!
