Bill Costello was a presenter for the science magazine series Living Tomorrow (1969-1983) and Tomorrow Today (1969-1974), produced by the Central Office of Information [qv] for the Foreign and Commonwealth Office [qv]. One of his earliest credits is for ‘HI-DROP’, Living Tomorrow No.47, released in 1970.
