Summary
COI synopsis: Over five million gallons of milk are used daily in Britain. This film shows the hygienic methods safeguarding their supply and distribution - from techniques of hand and ‘parlou’ milking, transport by can and bulk container, pasteurization and bottle-sterilization at the plant, to delivery to the consumer.
