- Summary
- COI synopsis: The purpose of the Driver Education Centre in London is to find further methods of reducing motor car accidents. We show young people, still not old enough to hold a licence, making their own mistakes off the road, so that later, when they are driving on the road, there is a good chance they will have learnt what to do and what not to do.
