According to bfi sources this story was filmed in February. It was advertised by DATA under the title ‘Export of Coal begins again’. The making of the story is described by Leslie Shepard in ‘The Making of a Magazine Story’ p.100, in Documentary Film News Vol.7 No.69 of Sep-Oct 1948.
