Summary
NoS Summary - Girls doing exercises and dancing on the beach.
British Pathe synopsis: "Modern Sun Worshippers don’t follow the old Gods of the East - they go to Cannes or some other nice place far from northern mists - " L/S of a group of people running along a beach. M/S of them doing exercises on the beach - touching their toes. They then do an exercise routine holding long sticks - various moves including women sitting in pairs holding each end of two sticks and leaning forwards and backwards: "And what would the Sgt. Major say about this kind of P.T?" Various exercises - two large balls are passed over the girls’ heads as they lay back on the sand. M/S of the girls - they smile at the camera. Girls sit in a circle and play a game with the large ball, they shuffle round on their bottoms kicking the ball to each other. "Sun worshippers of today - perfect in grace and figure - " Six girls do a little dance on the beach. They link arms and dance around in a circle.
