British Pathe synopsis: "Flower time in Holland - every field a carpet of Nature for Eve to harvest." M/S of a flower filled field - probably tulips. C/U of hyacinths. M/S of a field of flowers - narcissi? C/U of flowers - tulips? "Carpets - woven with myriads of glowing petals -" M/S seen through binocular shaped mask of two men picking flowers in a field. M/S of a family in traditional Dutch costume picking flowers - young boy at work in the foreground, a man and woman in the background. The woman gives the man a cup of tea and he drinks it. M/S of two women in Dutch costume picking tulips. M/S of young girl bunching some of the flowers together. She holds a flower out to the camera. "The gay wardrobe of the earth - plundered chiefly for daughters of Eve." Nice C/U of woman smelling flowers framed in a heart shaped mask. She smiles and laughs. L/S of group of traditionally dressed Dutch people climbing onto a barge - the women hold bunches of flowers.
