NoS Summary - West Highland Terriers are seen eating, playing and barking at each other
British Pathe synopsis: "Filmed at Westcott, Dorking, Surrey". "Sporties" - to be precise, game little West Highland Terriers." L/S of two women - kennel maids - playing with a group of little dogs in a field. The women throw a ball to each other, then throw it for the dogs. "Always ready for a frolic, plucky and faithful." C/U of one of the dogs on a lead. The dog turns and looks at the camera. C/U of the dog. Two Terriers are seen on leads, one is barking. "The "Just let me have one bite" argument" They bark at each other but they are held just out of each others’ reach by the leads. "And here’s a new breed just being introduced into this country - fluffy Dutch Barge doggies." M/S of group of puppies clustered around a feeding bowl. Closer shot of the dogs tucking in. C/U of three of the puppies being held by a kennel maid.
