Summary

NoS Summary - two boys water skiing behind a ‘street waterer’ in New York.
British Pathe synopsis: "Here’s one way to beat the heat (if it comes!) discovered by a youngster "over there." reads the introductory intertitle. M/S of a horse and cart moving away from the camera. A young boy is towed behind the cart on skis, the road is wet so he is water skiing and getting splashed with the water as he moves along. Closer shot of the boy as he crouches down quite close to the back of the cart. "Home, James!" Two boys now ski along behind the cart. The water is being pumped from a container on the back of the vehicle. M/S of the horses running along at great speed. C/U of the boys having a great time - they smile at the camera.
