Summary
Pathe Summary - Intimate glances at some new arrivals at the Zoo.
NoS synopsis: ‘To this old bird, babies are just a shipment ...' M/S of a stork. ‘These Mallards are born wild’. High angle shots of a mallard duck and its young ducklings. "And this mother wonders why a man is insulted when he’s called a pup ...!" M/S of a large white wolf and its little puppies. C/U of a NoSle of pups. "She understands better when they begin to look like their wolf-father." M/S of two of the young wolves having a play fight. Various shots of the wolves. "The next family’s name rhymes with "punk" - and neighbours complain about them constantly." M/S of a skunk moving its babies around by picking them up in its mouth by the scruff of the neck. "Leo, King of the Jungle." Various shots of a lion. "His Queen loves her babies" - female lion and two cubs play in the sun. "And no matter how ugly the baby, it looks good to some mother." M/S of a small monkey cuddling its baby.
