Summary
NoS Summary - A woman photographer taking a portrait of a child.
NoS synopsis: "How many of us remember that terrible ordeal of childhood - having a photo taken in the old, old way - " "Thousands of photographers almost took to drink through this kind of worry! Now, however, "taking" ways are altered." Woman photographer sits a little girl down on the ground in a photographers studio and gives her some toys to play with. C/U of the little girl playing with her toys. She turns and looks at the camera. "Using the rapid reflex camera" explained Miss Dora Head, the well-known "Child" Photographer, "one is able to ‘snap’ children whilst they are playing with their toys - " Dora picks up the camera and walks around the child for another view. C/U of Dora holding the camera. She lifts her head and smiles at the camera. "One has a much better chance of taking a "natural" study in this way - " C/U of the child. M/S of photographer and child.
