NoS synopsis: "Carving classical figures in stone is not an easy-chair job, as we discovered when we found Mrs. Stabler at work on her latest." Low angle shot of Mrs Stabler climbing a long ladder which is standing against a building. Top shot of Mrs Stabler climbing the ladder towards the camera. She reaches the top of the ladder and climbs off onto some scaffolding planks. "Trousers are almost a necessity on a task like this," explained the Sculptress." High angle shot of Mrs Stabler carving a stone figure on the side of a building. M/S of Phoebe at work. C/U of the sculpture - it is a woman’s face. Phoebe uses a special tool to carve the features. C/U of Phoebe in a jaunty hat and scarf. "Mrs Stabler was the designer of the famous World’s Land-Speed Trophy (held by the late Sir Henry Segrave) one of her most beautiful creations." C/U of Mrs Stabler doing some detailed work on the glamorous woman statue on the Trophy. M/S of Mrs Stabler turning the trophy around for the benefit of the camera.
