Summary
NoS Summary - Trick photography is used to show sculptures taking shape as if by magic.
NoS synopsis: "The other day Eve’s Cameraman reported on some nervous clay having a good time." reads the introductory intertitle. C/U of a small clay bust being sculptured. C/U of man making the model. The head takes shape miraculously - this is achieved by a camera trick - film reversal. The model is of a man with a large moustache and a monocle. Through stop frame animation the man’s mouth moves as does his moustache. "Now for an artful eyeful - all done by kindness -" C/U of an eye made of clay. Pieces of clay are magically removed (stop frame animation) to reveal a cockerel in the middle of the eye. It flaps its wings then magically changes into a glamour girl sitting on a chair. She moves around a bit and powders her nose.
