British Pathe synopsis: Film which shows how to make a dainty handbag from crêpe paper. Woman stands at a table and folds a piece of paper into a thin strip. She then cuts the strip into several lengths and pins them to a board. She then weaves together strips of different colours to make a woven square. She places a piece of lining fabric over the top of the woven square and cuts it to shape. She pins the lining to the paper. Ribbon is used to trim the edges.
