Summary
NoS synopsis: Robert MacKenzie interviews Anthony Nutting, the British Minister of State at the Foreign Office, about the disarmament talks between Russia and China and the US, Britain and France. They discuss the recent change in the Russian attitude to disarmament and the British plan for reducing arms, including nuclear weaqons. Nutting emphasises the need for effective international control in keeping to an agreed arms level and the necessity for international inspections of Russian ammunitions factories and suspected ammunitions plants.
