- NoS synopsis: Robert MacKenzie interviews Anthony Nutting, the British Minister of State at the Foreign Office, about the disarmament talks between Russia and China and the US, Britain and France. They discuss the recent change in the Russian attitude to disarmament and the British plan for reducing arms, including nuclear weaqons.
