Summary

COI synopsis: Take some standard steel pontoons, two locomotive-type diesel engines, bolt them together and you have a flying carpet for very heavy duties. It will hover above the ground with up to 100 tons of equipment on board, and can be pulled or pushed, through marsh, bog, sea or sand, to wherever its load is needed.
