- COI synopsis: Hovering 22,000 miles above the Indian Ocean is a communications satellite which can relay signals across Eurasia. Originally developed for defence purposes, it can transmit and receive telephone messages from small portable aerial dishes, and could be in the future international businessman’s communications kit.
