COI synopsis: Since its invention in 1933 the yo-yo has been top of the pops in toys. Now as its popularity wanes, Tomorrow Today presents the winner of a design competition set to find a new super toy - a kit of magnetic parts with enough possibilities to fire any child’s imagination.
