Summary
COI synopsis: What happens when an important and valuable inner city area becomes available for redevelopment? Planners and property developers have one idea but the local community may violently disagree. Diana MacLean goes to Covent Garden in London to see just how successful the project can be once the two groups bury the hatchet and work together.
