- Summary
- COI synopsis: Fifty years ago, in rural Devon, Leonard and Dorothy Elmhirst created a revolutionary enterprise. Their achievement, the Dartington Hall Trust, put an end to agricultural depression in the area and brought life back to the countryside. Michele Brown visits the place where it all started, to find out how people there today, confronted with the problems of the ‘70s, see their changing role.
