Summary
COI synopsis: Glasgow is getting a new face. The Scottish Civic Trust as a parallel to massive building developments in and around the city have launched "Facelift Glasgow". Michele Brown reports on this programme which gives ordinary citizens a chance to share in the excitement of a changing city as 2 centuries of individual soot is washed away and rubbish dumps are transformed into gardens.
