- COI synopsis: Each year at this time visitors arrive from all over the world to attend the internationally famous Edinburgh Festival of the Arts. This year is the 25th anniversary of the Festival and London Line cameras accompany a special party of visitors from Nigeria, here to study the administation of such festivals.
