Summary
COI synopsis: A concerted attack on wasted energy - in four very different fields... Wind energy is largely free - and, on a worldwide scale, largely wasted. A major problem is that cheap efficient windmills are too often vulnerable to strong winds. Now a new, highly efficient windmill, seems very flimsy but actually gives in the strongest winds to survive even gale-force storms.
