- Summary
- COI synopsis: The coal and oil we rely on for fuel will one day run out; even the fuel for conventional nuclear reactors is in short supply. Yet every day the sun pumps a massive amount of energy into the earth and its atmosphere - our only unlimited source until a fusion reactor, a man-made sun on earth, is made to work. This issue takes a quick look round at some of the proposed new methods for harnessing the enormous natural flow of renewable energy. An elegantly simple new engine powered by the heat of the sun.
