Summary
COI synopsis: A curtain rising usually heralds the start of the show, but this steam curtain prevents it from ever taking place. Installed in oil refineries, it inhibits the spread of escaping flammable gas, making the devastating pyrotechnic displays of a refinery fire a thing of the past.
