Summary
COI synopsis: Britain’s newest jet airliner - the VC10 - paid a visit to Latin America recently. This aircraft, with its four rear-mounted Rolls Royce engines, is one of the world’s most powerful long-range passenger aircraft. New developments have made it rock steady in flight. At Rio de Janeiro, Montevideo, Santiago and Buenos Aires, the VC10 was inspected by distinguished visitors, who praised the aircraft and paid tribute to its makers.
