Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Surfing Championships. DESCRIPTION: Watergate Bay, Newquay was the venue for the National Surfing Championships. The surf was only running moderately, so the competition is not as spectacular as a heavy sea would have made it. But there were still plenty of spills and for the winner, Graham Nile, the European Championships in the future. SHOTLIST: GV Watergate car park. Pan sea. MS surfboard on top of car.
