- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Tonbridge Steam Engine Rally. DESCRIPTION: Traction engines and other steam powered vehicles gathered in the grounds of Penshurst Place for the Tonbridge Steam Rally. These engines were once hard working but now they are looked after devotedly by enthusiastic owners and no more is asked of them than the occasional race down an obstacle course.
