Summary

MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Fleet Air Arm Display. DESCRIPTION: Aircrafts old and new took part in a Display staged by the Fleet Air Arm at Yeovilton. The service demonstrated their operational efficiency with a troop drop and simulated attack. SHOTLIST: MS pan Buccaneer taxiing & lowering wings. SV pan zoom into pilot Phantom taxiing. MS zoom out Jet Provost taxiing. SV cockpit pan ‘City of Lincoln’ Lancaster Bomber zoom out taxiing. GV navy helicopters in air ‘Sea King’. SV person watching. LV pan Gazelle chopper fly past. SV spectators. MS pan Vulcan take off. MS pan Lightning taking off. MS pan Nimrod fly past. SV spectators. SV pan Nimrod in flight. SV pan glider looping the loop. GV pan Lancaster in flight.
