GV pan 4 cars start away from grid No 7 Ford Escort in lead. LV towards and pan No 7 being chased by Mini No 8 (overall winner). TV pan ditto at 55’ both cars spin. SV pan No 38. GV five cars round bend including Mini No 18. SV No 18 crashes and rolls, officials wave other cars past. CU official waving flag. SLV officials dragging driver from wrecked car. SV ambulance men taking stretcher from back of ambulance. SLV crowd round driver on ground. SV officials round wrecked car. SV driver being wheeled away on stretcher. SV wrecked No 18 being towed away. CU Mini wheel past as No 130 (the day’s winner) starts away. GV towards and pan another heat, No 43 (joint 3rd) in lead followed by Volkswagen No 120. LV towards No 43 comes round bend and goes off track, he keeps going and back onto track. SV pan Ford Capri No 46 round bend. SV crowd watching. SV pan No 8 overall winner, LV pan to BV No 8 down straight and into bend.
