MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Sea Cadet Centre. DESCRIPTION: The Duke of Edinburgh opens the new £300,000 Sail Training Centre for Sea Cadets. It’s situated on the Thames opposite Hampton Court Gardens. This up-to-date sail training school replaces one the cadets had for sixty years. SHOTLIST: GV Ravens Ait. SBV cadets lined up on bank, pan to boat arriving with Prince Philip.
