MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Power Cuts. DESCRIPTION: Power cuts are having far reaching effects on Industry and Home. It’s estimated that 20 million people will have their work affected. There could be massive lay-offs. At present miners have rejected Management’s pay offer. The Government has set up a Court of Inquiry. In the meantime, the country waits...in the dark.
