MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Wimbledon Tennis Finals. DESCRIPTION: Finals at Wimbledon and Australia’s young part-Aborigine, Evonne Goolagong wrests the women’s singles crown away from Margaret Court. It was only Evonne’s second appearance at Wimbledon. And in the men’s singles, another win for Australia - with John Newcombe’s brilliant win over American Stan Smith. SHOTLIST: SV Miss Evonne Goolagong & Mrs Margaret Court walking onto the court, turn to bow to the royal box. STV Miss G & Mrs C bow and then turn to the press. CU Miss G & Mrs C. SV crowd.
