MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Coast Guard Helicopter. DESCRIPTION: The first civilian helicopter for air-sea rescue work goes into operation at Manston. Since its introduction early this month, it has already figured in five rescue operations. SHOTLIST: GV crew standing by helicopter. CU pan ditto. SV sign on ‘chopper HM Coastguard. LV pan up as both are winched up onto ‘copter. SCU coastguard watches. G to A pan chopper flies off.
