With Princess Anne, he drives from Buckingham Palace to the Guildhall in an open landau. They’re welcomed by the Lord Mayor, Sir Peter Studd. During the ceremony Prince Charles addresses the distinguished company. The official Freedom scroll pronounces the Prince of Wales - a Citizen and Fishmonger of London.
