MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Premiere - Tora Tora Tora. DESCRIPTION: A star-studded premiere at the Leicester Square Theatre for the 20th Century Fox film Tora-Tora-Tora. A brilliant reconstruction of the devastating Japanese attack on Pearl Harbour, Hawaii, in December, 1941, the film took four years to make. It considers the surprise attack from both the American and Japanese points of view. Among the first night guests - the Japanese Ambassador in London; the man who led the Japanese air attack, and British Service chiefs.
