- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Belfast Bomb Explosion. DESCRIPTION: An explosion in a Belfast Bank injured thirty people. Customers inside the building and people walking past in the street are among the casualties. Following the peaceful Orange Day Parades, the blast brought fears of renewed terrorism in Ulster. SHOTLIST: Tracking shot past crowds to damage Northern Bank. Angle shot Northern Bank sign pan down to debris. SV debris & injured woman being attended to. CU people milling around. SV injured woman being cared for. Angle shot windows blown out. 4 SVs another injured woman with blood on coat, injured man on ground, back of girl’s legs injured pan up to her waiting to go into ambulance. CU pan girl on stretcher. LV stretcher party pan to soldier on guard. CU another injured person on stretcher, SV pan ambulance speeds away. LV ditto. IRA suspected.
