DESCRIPTION: Royal dress designer Hardy Amies produces some surprises in his Spring collection, countering the mini with below-the-knee hemlines and introducing the peasant look with a romantic Romany flavour. SHOTLIST: MCUs book inscribed Hardy Amies, pan up man walks into Amies’ office, MCU Amies and his assistant. 3 MSs design being looked at by Amies, zoom out to GV of office, fabrics, material is unrolled (flowered pattern). GV model wearing long dress & jacket, MCU dress & jacket. LAS same model with another who sheds jacket. GV model wearing check coat & matching trousers. MCU trousers, and coat pan up to face of model. GV fashion models in a library. MS models study book, MCU zoom out ditto wearing calf length patterned dresses, zoom in picture on wall.
