Summary

DESCRIPTION: As Chairman of the Welsh Committee of the Countryside, Prince Charles blazes the Nature Walk trail, and gives a rousing call for action to ensure the preservation of the unspoilt magnificence of so much of the Principality. (B&W). While the Prince of Wales was in Snowdonia, Princess Anne was visiting a Gas Rig in the North Sea. The first woman ever to break convention and visit one of these remote drilling rigs, where the female sex is regarded as bringing bad luck, Her Royal Highness challenges superstition even further, by working the drilling machinery herself.
