MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: You Can’t Start Too Young. DESCRIPTION: At a school in Harrow a scheme has been introduced by the Automobile Association teaching senior pupils about road safety - from road signs to vehicle maintenance. Also an auto-rodeo near Brussels. Drivers from Belgium, Holland, Germany and England took part with cars from the scrap yard. The winner was a Dutchman, driving car No 88.
