Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Sporting Roundabout. DESCRIPTION: Ireland kick off at Cardiff against Wales in the battle for the Triple Crown. The final score was fourteen to eight and Wales now have the Triple Crown and the championship. The Ladies Varsity Boat Race. Cambridge win by four lengths. The Daily Mail Race of Champions at Brands Hatch. The winner was Mike Spence - Jim Clark’s new Lotus teammate - who won at an average speed of over 96. SHOTLIST: Rugby.
