Summary

MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Rugby - Wales Nearer Triple Crown. DESCRIPTION: Ten thousand Welsh supporters travelled North to see Wales play Scotland at Murrayfield. The final score was a victory for Wales by fourteen points to twelve - leading in the Championship Table it can now only be Wales or Ireland for the Triple Crown. SHOTLIST: General view of people arriving at the ground to see the match. MS people entering ground through turnstiles. MCU young boys in crowd. TS pan Scotland take the field. TS pan Wales take the field. Young boys cheering. Scotland kick off. Scotland attack, Simmens scores from a drop kick. Crowd cheering. Wales attack. Welsh forward tries a drop kick and just fails. Young boys cheering. TG Price (Wales) kicks a penalty zoom out ball carries over bar and scores. MS Welsh fans cheering. Wales attack but are held by Scottish defence. The defence passes the ball and Scotland start to advance. TS pan Scotland move up to Welsh goalmouth. Scotland are awarded a penalty. MS crowd. MS Wilson (Scotland) kicks a penalty. MS Scottish fans cheering. TS pan Scotland attack. MS fans watching the match. Scotland attacking near Welsh line. Scotland throw in, ball is forced out of play again. Fans invade the pitch, as teams walk off.
