MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Tall Ship on the Stocks. DESCRIPTION: A fully rigged 100 ton schooner is being built at Hull for the Sail Training Association. The keel-laying ceremony was performed by Admiral Sir Charles Madden, Commander in Chief of the Home Fleet. The schooner is to be paid for by public subscription under a scheme started by Prince Philip to give young men character building cruises.
