Summary

MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Taxi Girl. DESCRIPTION: Here’s one answer to the traffic problem: a new taxi service on two wheels - a moped, to be precise! And here is Jenny Redgrave, a pretty girl who’s working for a London firm that’s been hoping to start this enterprise. They propose to charge ten shillings an hour with a minimum fare of two bob. When we went out with Jenny, the firm had already applied to the police for permission to start business. SHOTLIST: Key scene. MS pan Jenny Redgrave pulls away on moped. MS same along street.
