MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Blisters to Brighton. DESCRIPTION: President Kennedy’s challenge to Americans - to walk fifty miles in twenty hours - has been met by the New Frontiersmen of Britain. Some 800 of them left Big Ben, for Brighton. Geoffrey Munn of Crawley, Sussex, leading the three hundred who finished in less than 20 hours. His time - ten hours fifty six minutes.
