MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Veteran Car Mart. DESCRIPTION: At Beaulieu, famous home of the Montagu Motor Museum, they have just held another big sale of vintage cars. On the rostrum the host, Lord Montagu, while one of the more unusual items came under the auctioneer’s hammer, a 1923 Gwynne 8 hp fire tender. It was eventually knocked down at £220. Other items included a Bullnose Morris, a 1925 four and a half litre Vauxhall Tourer (it went for £410), and a 1905 - 6 hp Rover that fetched £380, over 3 times its original price!
