Summary

MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Along the Rally Route. DESCRIPTION: The start of the RAC’s tenth international Rally of Great Britain was made in Blackpool, a testing drive of over 2,000 miles. Competitors included Eric Carlsson, who won last year, the Morley brothers and Pat Moss with Ann Wisdom. The grand Scottish scenery was merely incidental, as competitors strove to avoid penalty points. From Scotland, the route was back to England, into Wales and on to the finish at Brighton.
