MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Wee Liek Scool. DESCRIPTION: Roxeth Primary School at Harrow is experimenting with an alphabet called the augmented Roman. The idea is to help the very young to become literate before they tackle the normal complicated spelling of English. We looked in at a class of four and five-year-olds, being taught by Miss Kemp.
