MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Cooling Their Ardour. DESCRIPTION: When the Springboks flew home to South Africa, first out of the plane was their manager, with skipper Avril Malan. Some 20,000 were at Cape Town’s airport to offer a great welcome, and many of them got past the barriers and surrounded the team. The police decided to play it down - with hoses! SHOTLIST: Key scene.
