MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: The First £5,000 Bond. DESCRIPTION: It was the start of five thousand quid premium bond prizes, and appropriately the Premier was there to press the button. Ernie is four years old, and Lady Dorothy was presented to cut his birthday cake. Mr Macmillan then chalked up the lucky number that raked in the first five thousand quid. SHOTLIST: Key scene.
